  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (look for one with no added sugar or unhealthy oils)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the banana: Peel the banana and cut it into slices or leave it whole if you prefer.

  2. Spread the peanut butter: If you prefer sliced banana, spread a small amount of peanut butter onto each slice. Alternatively, if you kept the banana whole, simply dip the end of the banana into the peanut butter.
