Ingredients
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp natural peanut butter (look for one with no added sugar or unhealthy oils)
Preparation
Prepare the banana: Peel the banana and cut it into slices or leave it whole if you prefer.
Spread the peanut butter: If you prefer sliced banana, spread a small amount of peanut butter onto each slice. Alternatively, if you kept the banana whole, simply dip the end of the banana into the peanut butter.
Serve: Enjoy immediately as a snack or breakfast. Optionally, you can sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or add a few chia seeds on top for extra flavor and nutrition.
