1/2 lb salmon fillet, 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots), 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs
Preparation
1. Steam vegetables. Pan-sear salmon in olive oil until cooked. Serve with lemon juice and herbs on top of vegetables.
