Ingredients
Whole-grain bread
1/4 avocado
1 slice tomato
1 fried egg
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Toast the bread: Place the whole-grain bread in a toaster or on a grill pan and toast until golden and crispy.
Prepare the avocado: While the bread is toasting, mash the 1/4 avocado in a small bowl with a fork.
Fry the egg: Heat a small pan over medium heat, add a little oil (optional), and fry the egg to your desired doneness (sunny side up or scrambled).
Assemble the toast: Once the bread is toasted, spread the mashed avocado evenly over the top.
Top with tomato and egg: Place the slice of tomato on top of the avocado and add the fried egg on top of the tomato.
Season: Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve: Enjoy immediately!
